Racing circuits of the United Kingdom

There is a well established motor racing infra-structure in the United Kingdom, mostly located in England. In addition to several international standard circuits that regularly host international events, there are numerous others available for national or local motor racing and other events.

Some of these circuits have quite some history associated with them, others have played an import role in the history of F1. The general public can often make use of some of these courses on 'open days' when they are permitted to give their own vehicles a 'spin'. The facilities on hand also provide excellent venues for exhibitions and outdoor events, in addition to providing vital testing ground for the automotive industry.

The following circuits are detailed on this site, including facilities, their background and transportation to and from the sites.
